I created the series from scratch: content strategy, interview direction, editing, motion and the visual system shared by all 28 films. For the art direction I designed a player card for every guest, inspired by the 2026 World Cup cards — each one the number 10 of their market.

I designed the street posters for the play, borrowing from Russian constructivism: bold type, repetition and contrast, so people would feel the pressure of work before even stepping into the theatre. "Want a job? We have a vacancy to wear you out." I also produced the play and acted in it. "Quer trabalhar? Temos uma vaga para te esgotar." Também produzi e atuei no espetáculo.
